I'm asked to configure my PIN but it just loops back. I started windows in protected mode and removed my mouse driver and also removed the 4 HID drivers (units), then going back to normal reboot and I ended with the PIN not working. And just for info I tried with 5 different ones.
Then after i rebooted the pc, the mouse wasn't working. I think it was caused by windows update failing to update. The HID drivers (4 in my case) had a certification problem. I work with IT so I managed to a find out what caused the mouse to malfunction. I have the exact same issues, also coming from a starting problem with my mouse.
