A huge 3500 denars owed to him by Lord Grainwad, after telling me where to find him I rode off to Kelredan Castle. I introduced myself and asked him if he had any errands I could run for him, Mount & Blade errands are just generic missions that can be catagorised into only a few groups, in this case he wanted me to collect a debt one of the other Lords owed him.
Lords in Mount & Blade are like yourself, when wandering the map they are in charge or a large party, much larger than my current group, they often command a party one hundred men strong. Lord Mirchaud was in residence and I went to have a talk with him. I headed for Dhirim and entered the castle.
I decided that it would be worth focusing on my reputation for a while, random battles with looters and bandits is all well and good, but I also had a chance to build up a relationship with the Lords of the land. It was time to put these new skills to use so I headed back into Swadian territory. As well as Skirmishers I also had some Footmen, hopefully giving my party a good balance. I had planned to add the following to Tuesday’s post, but since it currently stands at 1400+ words I feel that it would overshadow today’s events.Īfter yesterday’s sparring session a lot of my men had levelled up.
